Return/Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at PRO-RC. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes items may need to be returned or exchanged.

Returns and Exchanges Eligibility

  • Items must be purchased directly from PRO-RC.
  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase for brand new, unused items still in their original packaging.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice).
  • Open box items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Special Conditions for Electronic Components

  • All items that include electronic components are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Only parts not containing any electronics are returnable if in their original packaging and sealed.

Eligible Reasons for Returns/Exchanges

a. Exchange:

If you wish to exchange your purchased item for another product of equal or lesser value, we offer a hassle-free exchange process within 30 days of the original purchase date. The item must be in brand new condition and unopened in its original packaging.

b. Reimbursement:

If you prefer a reimbursement, we offer a refund within 15 days of the original purchase date. The item must be in brand new condition and returned in its original packaging.

Non-eligible Items for Return/Exchange:

Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including but not limited to:

  • Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items with electronic components.

Return/Exchange Process:

a. Contact Customer Support:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team either via email at pro-rc@hotmail.com or by calling (418) 842-4091. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange.

b. Return Shipping:

If applicable, we will provide you with a return shipping label to facilitate the return process. The shipping cost for the return will be deducted from your reimbursement amount (if applicable).

c. Package the Item:

Carefully package the item in its original packaging or a suitable box to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of your proof of purchase inside the package.

d. Return/Exchange Approval:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/exchange. If approved, we will process the refund or send out the exchanged item as soon as possible.

Refunds:

For eligible reimbursements, we will issue the refund using the same payment method used during the original purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
